GAMHAR RZ F1 – Hybrid Tomato Seed (1,000 Seeds)

Gamhar RZ F1 is a highly productive, determinate, hybrid, plum tomato seed variety from Rijk Zwaan. It is suitable for open-field and general outdoor cultivation. 

The variety has a good fruit set under humid conditions. This makes it particularly suitable for cultivation during the rainy season. It is highly adaptable to tropical climate conditions.  The fruits are firm, with a deep red colour and excellent shelf life. They are elongated plum in shape and are 100-120grams in average fruit weight.

Viability based on season

• This hybrid tomato seed variety performs excellently well during the rains. This is due to its good fruit setting under humid conditions.

Maturity date

• The plants require an average of 65 – 70 days after transplanting to fruit maturity.

Density

• Under normal conditions, a planting density of 2.5 plants per square metre is recommended. This is the equivalent of 25,000 plants per hectare.
