Returns
We offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the delivery of the products. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your product, we do not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several categories of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as seeds and biopesticides cannot be returned due to their nature. We also do not accept returns of products of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Refunds
Due to the nature of some product categories such as vegetable seeds and biopesticides, they are not eligible for returns and/or refunds. However, you can initiate a return for a full refund within 7 days for these product categories if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
You can initiate a return within 7 days for other eligible items. You will bear the full cost of the return except in cases of the receipt of wrong, defective, or damaged items.
When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging.
Your refund would be processed within 48 hours after receipt of returned items in good condition.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@seedforthagro.com and send your item to our physical address.
