What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use DHL, FedEx, and GIG for shipment deliveries. In situations where none of our shipping partners can ship to a location, we are able to discuss and agree with the customer on other available shipping options.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do. We use DHL and FedEx for International shipments. We advise the shipment cost after knowing the weight and size of the items purchased.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Items are shipped within 48 hours after online purchase. Delivery is usually within 1 to 4 days after shipment depending on the customer's location.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all local debit and credit cards once they are activated for online payment by the customer's bank. At the checkout, choose Credit/Debit Card as your preferred payment option and follow the steps after confirming your purchase. Our online payments are processed through Paystack and Quickteller (Interswitch). Both are leading and reputable online payment gateways.

How do I place an Order?
Search for and select the product(s) of interest by clicking on it Adjust the “Quantity” box to reflect the quantity of the product you desire Click on the “Add to cart” button under the product On the top right of the website, place your cursor on the “Bag” icon. How Can I Return a Product?
You can initiate a return within 7 days for other eligible items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item Due to the nature of some product categories such as vegetable seeds and biopesticides, they are not eligible for returns and/or refunds. However, you can initiate a return for a full refund within 7 days for these product categories if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item. You can initiate a return within 7 days for other eligible items. You will bear the full cost of the return except in cases of receipt of wrong, defective, or damaged items. When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging. Your refund would be processed within 48 hours after receipt of returned items in good condition.
